Data Deletion

You can remove your data from Ember at any time. This page explains how, including how to revoke access to any Facebook or Instagram account you have connected.

Disconnect a social account

Disconnecting revokes Ember's access immediately and deletes the stored access token for that account:

In Ember: open your account menu and choose Disconnect next to the connected account.
From Meta's side: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Ember, and click Remove. This revokes Ember's permissions for your Facebook Page and Instagram account.

Delete all of your Ember data

To permanently delete your account and everything associated with it — your idea inputs, generated materials, published pages, captured leads, and any connected-account tokens — make a request:

Email support@vestehealth.com from the address on your account with the subject "Ember data deletion request."

We will confirm your identity, delete your data within 30 days, and email you when it is done. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, for accounting); these are deleted once that requirement ends.

What gets deleted

Your account and login.
All projects, plans, copy, pages, emails, social posts, and media you created.
Leads captured by your published pages.
Access tokens and connection details for any social account you linked.
